Abstract : Smart City NLU & NLP engine

Smart City NLU & NLP engine has the capability of identifying threads and conversations happening in various channels by citizens. This will help to know and analyse the sentiments, tone, mood, emotions, utterances and other parameters from the conversations. The sentimental analysis will help in resolving issues related to smart city, cybersecurity and safe city initiatives. The solution targets Safe Cities initiatives by using predictive analytics to store historical crimes & disaster events and detect patterns. The patterns will be used to prevent crime and natural disasters to citizens proactively. This method will make cities safer and citizens less prone to disasters. The crime statistics are gathered region wise and stored in the database for identifying patterns in a specific area related to crime. Similarly, natural disasters like earthquake, solar flares, geomagnetic storms, floods etc., are stored in the historical data source.
